Shipping policy

We ship from the UAE via Aramex/DHL/UPS/FedEx.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipper.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed and handed to IStore 3PL within 1-2 business days. Weekends and US holidays are not included.

Tracking:
Tracking information will be sent to your email automatically once your order ships from our IStore 3PL warehouse.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical street address is required.

International Shipping
International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@areejcandles.com within 7 days with photos and your order number.
